Games near Perpignan 19/20 December

I attach the content of an e-mail from a friend below. Can anyone give advice or help? I see that Pro2 plays that weekend but am unsure of other leagues and the location so close to Perpignan.

"I wanted to know if there is any rugby being played just across the border from Spain - somewhere around/south of Perpignan which is easily accessible by train from Barcelona for the weekend of 19th/20th December. I am not really bothered about the level, just the ease to get to the game by train - with the minimal use of really bad school boy French!"
